1. How to judge the actual date of receipt: Customer’s actual receipt date shall prevail. You only need to check whether the packaging is intact or not when you receive the goods. 6. Generally, our repair deadline is about two months, if customers are willing to pay a small amount of money on deposit, we can provide the alternative machines of the same model. If customers need the machine in a hurry, and customers are willing to receive the alternative machines, we can provide the alternative machines of the same model.

WARNING:

1. For maps card, you cannot copy or modify the files in the cards. Because of that your maps card can’t be used normally, customer shall undertake the consequences.

2. If you want us to change a unit for you, please pay attention to the date of you actually receive it, it must be within 7 days. We won’t exchange a brand-new item to you when it is out of 7 days, but we can repair it or send a retreading item to you.

Delivery Time

Lost or Damaged in Transit

All the items werecarefully checked before sending out, if you received a broken item, please keep all the packaging materials, take photos and send to us immediately for claiming compensation against the courier company. We only accept those cases reported within 7 days from purchasing. Reimbursement of claims will be the value that the courier compensates towards each individual case. The investigation process usually takes 30 days.

Import Tax

Xtrons will not be responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages; The Courier Company would compensate the reimbursement. Insurance is required for any claims that may arise.
Xtrons will not be responsible for any import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. Should the buyer refuse to pay the above fees resulting in the parcel being returned, the parcel will not be sent out again until the above fees have been paid up and cost for resending the parcel be borne by the buyer.
Shipment will be processed within 2 working days after clearance of payment. We use DHL, FedEx & TNT couriers. Parcels will arrive within 3 working days to most international cities.
