• Cookies – When you visit Xtrons.com, we send one or more cookies to your computer or other devices. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service, such as store users’ preferences, improve search results and ad selection, track users’ trends, which includes how people searchXtronsand use cookies in its advertising services to help advertisers and publishers serve and manage ads across the web and on Xtrons services.

        Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored as text files by your Internet browser on your computer’s hard drive. Most Internet browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies from web sites or to remove cookies from your hard drive, but if you do so, you will not be able to access or use portions of the site. We have to use cookies to enable you to select products, place them in an online shopping cart, and to purchase those products. When you send and receive SMS messages to or from one of our services that provide SMS functionality, we may collect and maintain information associated with those messages, such as the phone number, the wireless carrier associated with the phone number, the content of the message, and the date and time of the transaction. We may use your email address to communicate with you about our services.

• Affiliated Xtrons Services on other sites – We offer some of our services on or through other web sites. Personal information that you provide to those sites may be sent to Xtrons in order to deliver the service. We process such information under this Privacy Policy.

• Third Party Applications – Xtrons may make available third party applications, such as gadgets or extensions, through its services. The information collected by Xtrons when you enable a third party application is processed under this Privacy Policy. Information collected by the third party application provider is governed by their privacy policies.

• Location data – Xtrons offers location-enabled services, such as Xtrons Maps and Latitude. If you use those services, Xtrons may receive information about your actual location (such as GPS signals sent by a mobile device) or information that can be used to approximate a location(such as a call ID).

• Unique application number – Certain services, such as Xtrons Toolbar, include a unique application number that is not associated with your account or yourself. This number and information about your installation (e.g., operating system type, version number) may be sent to Xtrons when you install or uninstall that service or when that service periodically contacts our servers (for example, to request automatic updates to the software).

We do not exercise to control over the sites displayed as search results, sites which include Xtrons applications, products or services, or linkswithin our various services.       i.        Internal Use. We use your personal information to process your order and provide you with good customer services. We may internally use your personal information toimprove the Sites’ content and layout, to improve outreach and for our own marketing efforts(including marketing our services and products to all of you), and to determine general marketplace information about visitors to the Site. In order to facilitate such use and the other use, we may share your information with affiliates under Xtrons.com, Inc.’s control.
