Warranty Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Xtrons.com. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at Xtrons.com constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order. We guarantee that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.
The warranty period is two years from the date of product receipt, except for these accessories orders, which have three months' warranty period. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend the warranty period. The warranty and return terms are only applied to items which are directly purchased from our website. Any problems with the items bought out of our website, please contact the direct seller
Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer / user’s part.
Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the item was originally purchased.

The Following Situations are not Covered by This Warranty

1.     The purchased products are beyond the warranty period or not covered under warranty.
2.     The warranty stickers or serial number are not easy to identify, damaged, torn and altered, etc.
3.     The appearance has some signs of artificial damage.
4.     Having conducted repair, dismantlement and reformation outside of our company’s technical department and led to the result of beyond repair.
5.     Using pirated software, third party software and virus which are not tested and legalized by related field test certification institution and caused failure and damage.
6.     Damage caused by other force majeure such as natural disasters, for example: Earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, lightning, war, etc.
7.     The product’s screen display’s dead pixels are within three.
8.     Machine damage caused by improper installation is not covered by the warranty category.
9.     Due to the replacement repair of installation expenses are not guaranteed.
10.   Due to the operating error or fault of product damage.

RMA Procedure

1. After receiving the products from us, please keep the package and enclosed documents properly. It is because they are all necessary to provide if you return defective product(s) in the future.
2. Call or email our customer service for a RMA form. It would be appreciated if you can provide your name, email address, phone and invoice. We will issue a RMA form to you by email.
3. Repack the original package with everything received, including enclosed documents. Missing of any original components may incur a refusal of exchange or refund from us.
WARNING:
If you do not contact us to obtain a RMA form and ask us for a refund or return directly, we won’t accept your requirements, and you will undertake the loss yourself.

Return Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund. All returned and refund products must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

Because of transportation, improper handling and other factors, when you receive the products, they will have some damage. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting a RMA form. If so, we will not accept your requirements, and you will undertake the loss yourself.

1. “√”represents we undertake the shipping costs when we send goods to customers.

NOTE: (Defective products)
1.     How to judge the actual date of receipt: Customer’s actual receipt date shall prevail. You only need to check whether the packaging is intact or not when you receive the goods. If you confirm the product packaging has no problem, you can sign your name. If the product packaging is damaged, please reject it directly and contact us within 24 hours after receiving them, otherwise we will not accept your requirements.
2.     For warranty products, if there aren’t any problems after our carefully check, customers should undertake the shipping costs when we send them back to you.
3.     For all situations, if the customers need to return the products to us, customers should undertake the shipping costs themselves.
4.     For 1-2 years’ warranty products, we will ask for some repair costs according to the damage.
5.     If the goods don’t have any problems, Xtrons promises: since the date you actually receive the goods and within 7 days, as long as they are not used and does not affect the secondary sales, and you will undertake the shipping costs when you send them back to us, we can fully refund. We guarantee that the products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. In order to protect customers’ interests, the following cases are deemed to affect the secondary sales:
1)     The original packaging was opened or the machine was installed and switched on.
2)     The sealing product’s original package was opened.
3)     The products were energized and inserted into the slot.
4)     Software or CD-ROM goods do not accept returns.
5)     Products which were specified to say that cannot be returned when you purchase.
6)     Other cases which may affect the secondary sales.
6.     Generally, our repair deadline is about two months, if customers are willing to pay a small amount of money on deposit, we can provide the alternative machines of the same model. If customers need the machine in a hurry, and customers are willing to receive the alternative machines, we can provide the alternative machines of the same model.
WARNING:
1. If you want us to change a unit for you, please pay attention to the date of you actually receive it, it must be within 7 days. We won't exchange a brand-new item to you when it is out of 7 days, but we can repair it or send a retreading item to you.
2. TD601 doesn't have GPS function.
3. You couldn't upgrade a unit which doesn't have GPS function to have the GPS function.
